POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

 

-Items may be returned up to 14 days of tracking delivery date, for a full store credit. Credit most be used within 30 day of return. We do not reimburse shipping expenses except for cases where incorrect item has been shipped.

-All returns must be authorized by our customer service after completing our return form.

Our customer service will provide a return number after review. This number should be placed clearly on returned package for quick identification.

-Any funds owed will be returned within 10 business days.

-Orders over 250$ maybe shipped in 2 packages for courier insurance. Some couriers cap at 250$

-Any packages returned by courier will not be refunded. Reshipping charges of 29.99$ will be invoice and paid by clients before resending

-Any package returned by courier and abandoned by client will have a 20% restocking fee and a 29$ return shipping fee deducted from total.

-14.99$ flat rate does not include Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. These locations flat rate is 29.99$
